As an administrator of the Community Services Department’s major social media accounts, I have a pivotal role in developing the content strategy that effectively conveys the department’s messages to the public. My efforts have not been limited to City channels but also for significant City events and issues. This support is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the City’s brand and marketing efforts. Additionally, I have the responsibility to review and respond to inquiries and comments of the public on social media sites.
